3. Booking & Payment

All sessions (in-person or virtual) must be booked in advance.

A deposit will be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable as agreed, at the end of your session. Full details will be provided at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Virtual Sessions

Virtual organising sessions are conducted via video call (such as Zoom or similar platforms).

You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for the session.

6. Client Responsibility

My role is to guide, support, and provide practical organising solutions. However, outcomes will vary depending on individual circumstances.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and results, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

7. Privacy

I only collect and use personal information necessary to deliver my services, such as your contact details and relevant information about your space.

Your data is handled securely and respectfully. For more information, please refer to the Privacy & Cookie Policy on this website.

8. Liability

While I take care to provide a reliable and helpful service, Allsop’s All Sorted cannot be held responsible for:

  • Any indirect or unforeseen loss or damage

  • Interruptions or issues relating to the use of this website

  • Outcomes resulting from the application of advice or services provided
