1. Initial consultation

We begin with a relaxed, informal in-person consultation—an opportunity to meet, discuss your space, and create a tailored plan together, including selecting the package that best suits your needs.

Following this, you will receive a detailed email outlining the proposed plan, estimated timeframe, costs, and available dates.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. Full terms and conditions will be provided and agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. The session

On the day of your session, we’ll follow the plan we’ve created together—working to thoughtfully declutter, organise, and put in place structured systems that suit your lifestyle.

We’ll carefully sort and group items so you can clearly see what you have, and I’ll support you in making decisions about what to keep and what to set aside.

The result is a calm, organised space, along with simple, practical systems that allow you to maintain it with ease and confidence.

3. Enjoy your space

Further sessions can be arranged, or a follow-up check-in booked, should you wish to continue refining your space.

Ongoing support is available to help you maintain momentum, make further progress, or revisit areas as your needs evolve—ensuring your home continues to feel organised, calm, and easy to manage.
